Este viernes 19 de febrero se celebró la quinta edición de los Anime Awards 2021, donde Crunchyroll reunió a los mejores exponentes de todo su catálogo.
La ceremonia tiene como principal objetivo unir a los fans de todo el mundo en torno a una celebración de las mejores series, artistas y personajes destacados en la industria del anime durante el último año, y fue presentada por Tim Lyu y “Hime” durante una hora de transmisión.
En este año se seleccionaron un total de 35 series que recibieron al menos una nominación en alguna de las 18 categorías de los Anime Awards 2021.
La selección de ganadores fueron elegidos por un jurado internacional compuesto por más de 50 expertos de la industria, cuyo voto tuvo un peso del 70% en la decisión; mientras que el voto de los fans en línea tuvo un valor del 30% en la elección de los triunfadores, contando con un apoyo de más de 15 millones de votos por parte de la comunidad.
